Acroyoga combines yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage into a fun and exciting partner practice. Its emphasis on play, communication, trust, and connection awakens the kid in all of us!

This ALL LEVELS class will teach the fundamentals of partner acrobatics, while offering challenging variations for more advanced practitioners. Beginners welcome! No partner or previous acro experience needed.
