Description:
The Cafecito Fuel Station is Tierra Bomba's daily coffee offering to the Burners passing by.
Inspired by a Colombian street coffee cart; a wood stall with coffee plantation props.
DIY Coffee Grinding Interactive Art Piece; custom-built stationary bicycle rigged to a mechanism that allows a Burner to grind their own beans.
Visit on Pakilombian Monday to enjoy the Bomba Cortadito; a spiked espresso with milk and cardamom. Other cultural combos will fuse together unique offerings all week long!
Step-by-step process:
- Greeters flag burners from the road
- Baristas welcome guests and help them grind / brew while engaging in Coffee Connoisseur Quizzes & Shenanigans
- Burners are invited to sit in the common area of our camp, invoking the concept of Colombian “cafeterias”
- The Cafecito allows us to entice Burners further into our camp directly from the frontage
