Description:

Gathering intentionally with other women offers an opportunity to give and receive our feminine nourishment, where we support, empower, and celebrate one another, free of judgment or critique.

We will spend the first hour sitting together in a sharing circle. The next two hours involve a meditative sound practice, using sound, breath, and voice, combined with our imagination and intention, to create a warm and nurturing sonic space that enables us to quiet our minds and venture within. From there, we can explore deeper states of consciousness.

The sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments are not just heard through our ears, but are also felt by our bodies: our skin, bones, cells, and the fluids within us resonate with the sound’s vibrations. Sound can also trigger memories and emotions. Therefore, with focused listening and presence—by meditating on sound—we can work through underlying stress, release blocks, and bring ourselves into states of relaxation and well-being.
