AnneSophie aka Wisemonki is a yoga teacher based in San francisco. Born in Los Angeles and raised both in LA and south of France she has found San Francisco to be her home. A yogi for ten years she has been teaching for five. Recently she has started leading deep house yoga events in both LA and SF. Her lineage is in Vinyasa and Forest yoga ( Ana Forest ). Her classes are strong , they are sweaty yet this one may be a bit dusty ;)
