Date and Time:
Thursday, September 3rd, 2009, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Type:
Class/Workshop
Location:
Center Camp Cafe Performance Stage

Description:

The tendency for many interconnected elements to spontaneously self-organize explains the origin of life and many other aspects of evolution. Together, these processes are nature's way of creating "clever" and "interesting" forms using no thought or imagination whatsoever, contrary to our human intuition. To make these processes clear, an automatically creative computer game, composerless music, and social evolution of art will be demonstrated. How does Artificial Life refute Intelligent Design?
