You can get one new costume any time you want and as many times as you want. The only requirement is that you bring back a new person who has not gotten a costume every time you get a new costume and they need to do the same. You can keep your costume, return it or donate new costumes to share with other people. Every day at 9:30 AM volunteers clean up the boutique and put out new costumes.
