A focused exploration on how we approach connections with others. We will explore what thoughts, movement, distractions come up when we make contact, eye or physical contact, with another . We will have the opportunity to explore the moment of connection and see our current and available choices on how to be with each other. Come to expand your ability to be present with people and yourself, with full appreciation and joy. We will use exercises inspired by Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Improv Theater and Diversity Training. You will also have the opportunity to participate in an inspiring performance, creating stillness, presence and connection in the buzzing playa world.
