All levels Enter your burn with a little yoga. This class will be for all levels from yoga masters to the yoga virgins. We will focus on stretching & relaxing into the burn. Blends of hatha yoga & yoga from all over. If you just want to do your own yoga, practicing your own yoga with the group is welcomed & encouraged.
