Description:

Yoganu is a group for people who want to explore the union of spirituality and sexuality. We come from the tantric tradition of integrating all of the aspects of ourselves into one being. Our classes are a combination of dynamic asana (physical postures), pranayama, meditation and partner work. The intention of each session is to create a space for connection with oneself and with others. Classes are open to everyone and are sensual and fun.
