Description:

The class will focus on the community healing dynamics, honoring the healing power innate within us as individuals, in partnership and as a group. We will access healing through sounds/silliness/laughter in groupwork and partner work finding partners within the community of the class (not necessarily someone we come with if we come "alone"). We will access healing through breathing and partner stretching and group/partner touch/massage. Once we are warmed up and comfy cozy, we will embark on therapeutic flying, combining elements of sound healing, touch and mutual support as we journey off the ground and into the air!
The class/workshop will be progressive, in that if participants were to return for more than one class, they will be taught skills that would layer on top of the skills they learned in the previous class even while others were learning more basic flying techniques. I will have varied community therapeutic exercises so that if someone returns for each class (which would be great!) they will continue to benefit and learn new skills and have new experiences.
