Description:

In this participative workshop, attendees will learn how to ground their energy, how to cleanse the energy body by running earth and cosmic energy through their chakra system, and how to perform a simple healing on themselves. They will be partnered with another student to perform basic healings on each other. Attendees will also learn techniques for protecting their personal energy from draining situations and people.
