Learn about laughter yoga started in India by Dr Madan Kataria. He noticed that his happier patients were healthier. Science now backs up his claim, no surprise! He has started a laughter movement that now includes 6,000 Laughter Clubs worldwide. The goal of Laughter Yoga is to bring good health, joy and world peace through Laughter. Laughter is universal language with no cultural barriers. Participate in this laughter session that will elevate your mood (legally) and improve your health. Laughter’s an aerobic activity, so come laugh your ass off!
