We’ll discuss recipes, kitchen set-ups, equipment, sanitation, and everything related to cooking in this challenging environment for a couple or crowd. This is your chance to connect with those who love to nourish their fellow campmates and citizens of BRC. The Roundtable will also be the beginnings of a forum for playa chefs to keep in touch throughout the year! Whether you are new to Playa cooking or have been kitchen-witching for years, come share a toque with us!
