It's a form of dance; and it's all about owning the dancefloor, owning your space, doing very little or a million things, but having your attitude just make everything worthwhile. It's VERY 3rd chakra and self esteem building because you learn to put on a persona to make the dance work (or werq) and then you just BECOME that persona!!!! All are welcome.
