Bring your turn-on, and be willing to discard some judgments; and a few articles of clothing.

About Intentional Touch
The Intentional Touch practice was developed as a way to help strengthen the ability to connect more deeply with others, and oneself. The result is a mind-body practice that can increase sensual pleasure, as well as facilitate awakening consciousness. It's "5 Expressions" provides the student an experience to use as a basis for further exploration and inquiry.

About the Teachers
Sean: Working through his own shame around sex, having grown up Irish Catholic, Sean was trained at a center that explores female sexuality and orgasm in San Francisco. He developed the Intentional Touch practice as way to help guide students in a more structured manner through the minefields of intimacy, without bypassing the essential aspects of sensual connection in lieu of sexual pleasure. He is the founder of Intentional Touch.

Colleen: With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Colleen is an active explorer of the communication dynamics and breakdowns of connection between couples. She is author of the "7 Habits of the Highly Neurotic: And How Knowing This Can Set You Free," and runs her own results-oriented life-coaching practice in San Francisco.
