Description:

The sun's just up, but not too hot yet. Come for an hour of low-impact exercise in the Longevity Stick Art discipline to build balance and open your points and channels. Bring your water if possible, a stick that's your height (3/4 -1" bamboo, dowel, etc.) We'll have some available.
