Description:

In this unique and amazing yoga workshop, participants will practice blending yoga postures and focused intention with MASS Ensemble’s extraordinary Earth Harp, the world’s largest stringed instrument. The remarkable sonic vibration of the Earth Harp creates ascending overtones and healing harmonics that not only provide the perfect soundtrack for the yoga practice, they also transmute and sublime one's energy to promote physical/energetic health and creative inspiration. Joined by William on the Earth Harp, Andrea Brook will lead a class, suitable for all levels of practitioners, through the physical yoga practice, guiding one’s conscious attention to the emotional and psychological responses, and inspiring the spirit to soar. MASS (Music, Architecture, Sonic, Sculpture) Ensemble is an internationally renowned performing arts group that combines unique musical sculptures and installations with traditional instrumentation, creating an unforgettable multi-sensory experience. The Earth Harp places the audience inside the instrument, as the golden strings span out from the stage and use the Temple of Transition to create a 120 foot harp.
