Free your voice and the rest will follow! Come join us in the co-creation of a spontaneous improvised sound experience using our voices and bodies to access our deeper authentic selves. Fun is our guide as we free ourselves to express the wild child within us all, allowing for our TRUE voice to be heard. Let's get out of our heads and release those ridiculous ideas like "I can't sing", "That doesn't sound right", "I'm not musically inclined" and instead let's get into our bodies and hearts and listen to what we have to say!
