Get ready to make your arms and shoulders turn to spaghetti, and make your core pulse!! We will be holding beginner aerial classes on our free standing Aerial Rig at Raised by Wolves. Please wear long tight stretchy pants, and a tight shirt that covers the mid section. Covering the shoulders (ie- tight t-shirt) is recommended. All are warmly welcome!!
