The Mener is no stranger to the world of electronic music. Since his first introduction to the party scene in the winter of 1993, he has been addicted to the music. He soon immersed himself in many aspects of the party scene and started breakdancing and doing graffiti, but didn’t start DJ’ing until 1997.

Around 1996, he was throwing raves and was opening his own shows by playing his first musical love: hip hop. After seeing how much more the crowd responded to house and breaks, the transition of musical choice was swift and the first emergence of the DJ we now know as The Mener was born. Since his humble beginnings, The Mener has been throwing down funky house and breaks sets in most major cities in the U.S. and has opened for a colossal list of international superstars.

Whether it be 50 people or 5,000 people, rest assured this 14 year turntable veteran knows how to destroy dancefloors!
