It is within the integration of the emotional body and the physical body that I have found the most grounding spiritual work. I have found a set of specific techniques that allow for love and acceptance to nourish and fill the body, leaving the body more whole and complete. The beauty of this work is once it is learned and embodied it is a set of skills that the participant can easily carry with them and practice on a regular basis. Through this work we are left with the Spirit and Soul more present and in charge, therefore being more able to be of service to the greater whole. I am a firm believer that we are not truly able to be of service to others until we have healed ourselves.
