Join Carrie and live drummers for an ecstatic African rhythmic experience that will make you move! We will learn traditional celebration dance sequences from West Africa. All levels welcome, dust or shine! Carrie is a devotee and lover of movement and embodiment in all forms. She is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and has taught yoga and West African drumming and dance workshops around the world. Carrie has studied with master teachers in Guinea, Mali, and the US, and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
