Experience Heart Opening Meditation -- an active guided meditation to music at Oasis Divinium Camp. Learn this new form of meditation practice designed for our 21st century lives. Guided, active and to music, it takes you beyond your mind to a more open heart and to a connection with higher consciousness. A three part meditation: opening, calming and thinking. Sometimes in this practice you will be quiet and still, sometimes you will move and dance, sometimes you will cry. Or not. There is no right or wrong way.
