Kundalini Yoga For Beginners
Warm up your heart and activate your body and soul in connection with your breath and movement during this yoga class. Be inspired and take your body to a higher self-awareness by joining me in a traditional Kundalini Yoga warm-up and introductory set/kriya. If you are already experienced in yoga, you can incorporate longer time and more intense movement into the exercises, and benefit from realizing and stretching the boundaries of your physical abilities. Come to this class at least 90 minutes after eating a meal, in comfortable clothing that will allow for a full range of movement. Bring a healthy snack with you to enjoy after the class. Bring a water bottle you can fill it at the Pink Heart water bar, or your own favorite hydration to enjoy during the class. Yoga mat not necessary, but recommended.
