Come blow your mind experiencing the unique dance known as Contact Improvisation (CI). Through CI, partners learn a dance technique in which points of physical contact provide a fertile starting point for exploration through movement improvisation. They learn to share weight, and interact and balance in entirely new ways. This is a beginning class but all skill levels are welcome.
