All of human life on earth can be divided between ignorance of metal (the Stone Age) and the mastery of it: the Bronze Age, when arrows got tips, cookware was no longer mere pottery, and the door opened to the alchemy of advanced human invention because we were no longer limited to constructing in wood and earthenware.
