Description:

Learn how to use breath, focus, and meditation to build compassion for yourself and others (even people you don't like!). Develop a Compassionate Image as a future tool for yourself, and get a sense of how you could use the Compassionate Mind Training process in your daily life. This is an experiential workshop. We'll debrief at the end but it will mainly be a guided meditation session and no direct teaching.
