Scouts and their parents will put the camera skills they learned from Media Mecca to good use on the art tour hosted by the Artery. The Artery will provide us two Mutant Vehicles, two guides and two navigators to take 25 to 40 people on a tour through art installations throughout the playa. Scouts will disembark and physically explore the installations. Scouts will also take photos that will later be gathered into a publication that will be available at the Black Rock Scout’s headquarters at the end of the burn.

About The Artery:

The mission of the ARTery is to serve and defend artistic expression at Burning Man. The goal of the Artery is as an artistic resource center that facilitates the placement and display of art on the playa during the Burning Man Event. Their efforts are year round as they read through art applications, help artists through the installation process, keep records on art that has been and will be, so participants can be inspired again and again.
