This yoga class and breath awareness practice is designed to take you deeper within the framework of your own unique physical vehicle. Using the unique pulse of your inhalation and exhalation you will navigate through this realm of connected consciousness with intention and ease. The class will have you flowing through a dance that mirrors the limitless potential of expansion we all hold for ourselves and each other as we work towards co-creating a new dimension of experience.
