As the sun shines her dusky light over our dusty faces and bodies, let's come together at the Temple of Juno for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating yoga practice. We'll restore our nervous systems to a more settled state while we gently stretch, move and breathe with compassionate awareness. Just as the sun sets, we'll rise out of savasana totally refreshed. All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat and a cushion or towel, and one to share if you have an extra.
