Creating a circumpolar rainbow bridge around the Earth we will generate a world-wide wave of love that encompasses the whole Earth and all sentient beings. Everyone is welcome on top of the 3 story scaffolding at 4:45 and b to experience a birds eye view of the playa and create peace.
