Join us at Rhythm Wave for a gentle wake up call. Ultra will help us rise and shine with lots of floor asana and grounding breath work. In this yoga-for-dancers, expect to focus on stretching those hard working quads and hammies as well as loving up your feet. Coordinating breath with movement we will find ourselves clearing the previous day's energy and setting intention for the day to come. Ultra loves to offer easy chanting to draw energy into the body, we will end with a brief relaxation and meditation. Bring a mat or a towel to create a little layer between you and our one of a kind bamboo wood dance floor. Led by RhythmWave's own Ultra (Julie Boone)
