Description:

This hand-on workshop will explain and demonstrate the art of “squeezing,” a form of hugging, which ignites and aligns the energy within us. Participants will learn how to access and sustain the energy, and be trained on how to give and receive energetic squeezes. This exchange of power contributes to aligning the Djed, invigorating the Chakras, and awakening the Kundalini. Participants will leave being present to their super powers and their connectedness to the Oneness. Come with a squeezing buddy or find one there.
