Daily gong meditations while you lie in total relaxation. Experience the healing, peaceful vibrations from several large finely tuned gongs with Himalayan, crystal bowls and other instruments. There will be other related events (yoga, chanting, toning)- check the board outside the gong vibe structure. Monday - Saturday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30. You will LOVE the vibes!
