Men are terrified/traumatized and this is stressful. We are overwhelmed and we are trained to think we are on our own and that we have to fix it ourselves. We developed coping mechanisms to help us deal with these scary thoughts. We fight for control of the universe.
Women are terrified/traumatized and this is stressful. We are overwhelmed and we are trained to think we aren't capable of fixing it ourselves. We developed coping mechanisms to help us deal with these scary thoughts. We withdraw and don't try and wait for someone else to figure it out.
The fact is we are all living based on a lie.
Men, we can't fix it, we can't do it alone and our coping mechanisms aren't working.
Women, we are an essential part of the solution - no one can fix it for us or without us and our coping mechanisms aren't working.
This is the truth and it's beautiful in it's simplicity and elegant in solution.
We need each other.
So you see, the Truth is Beauty
So let's do it consciously, together.
