This is a workshop focused on the current skies from a Western Astrology perspective. The biggest news is the ongoing Uranus - Pluto square, which is coming up again in early November. The revolutionary and evolutionary symbolism of this collision of outer planet energies is evidenced all around us, for both the society in general and for individuals. It represents in fact the hallmark of the sixties, when they were last in major aspect; then they were conjunct. Coincidentally - not! - the first exact hit if this current square was last year, in 2012... we have been seeing increasing signs of the return of sixties idealism and sexual freedom, women's empowerment, folks out in the streets to protest an establishment that has truly run amok, and on and on... this important outer planet aspect in fact colors this entire decade that I like to call the "turbulent teens..."
