Description:

Most of how we experience the world is relative to the things around us - our frame of reference. With "Ride the Wind" you lay back on an air mattress so that all you see is this VERY LARGE white fabric floating horizontally on the wind. After a couple of minutes your mind with adopt the fabric as it's frame of reference and your body will gain the sensation of floating relative to the fabric. Now explore the patterns the wind creates, and feel them flow through you.
