At this experiential workshop with psychotherapist Meriana Dinkova we will diving deeper into the fabric of human experience and the energies of intention, bliss and presence. We will utilize a combination of external techniques and internal practices aimed at enhancing our capacity for pleasure and connection and at evoking and embodying erotic archetypes. Through lecture, sharing and exploratory exercises, we will journey on a discovery process that deepens our erotic self and and strengthens our ability to use different aspects of our consciousness to bring more awareness, richness and pleasure in our life. We aim at heightening sensitivity and expression and at widening our range of erotic play.
