Description:

Dr. Kirby Surprise Psy.D.(Sync) will outline the current understanding of the computational model of the mind, and the neuro psychology of how our mind/ brain system processes our experiences. The effects of psychedelics on that processing, and their potential use as personal tools for integration, and what has been discovered from research, will be presented. The lecture will partially answer questions concerning the effects of hallucinogens of brain function, the relationship between brain activity and consciousness, and how focused intent and the use of hallucinogens affect the way the brain processes and integrated experience.
