You'll discover that you have all the resources you need to keep your body healthy and your mind at peace, using these simple, yet profound movements. Jump, tap, shake, sway, and breath yourself into a state of tranquility & health. There will be an emphasis on practical application; this is a workshop and ritual, not a lecture! All are welcome, especially beginners. Open yourself to the magic coursing within. Qigong is much gentler than most forms of yoga, and a wonderful complement to a vigorous yoga practice. Both practices have a common source, Neolithic shamanism.
