A Dancing Freedom movement exploration to music. Where do we find the courage to face the present and the nourishment to embrace the future? In movement and dance we can find surrender, and surrender, by nature, is a fearless state. Courage also is a fearless state. Courage and surrender are united in the present. Find the courage to go where you are going by exploring where you are here and now.
