Medicine Dance is a somatic, ecstatic and shamanic dance ceremony supporting the emergence of living Oneness and what it truly means to be embodied and aware in all of our Humanness. It is fun & empowering. Anyone can do it. Using movement, we work with the 5 elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether to access the unique Medicine that is encoded within each of us and create a deeper relationship to our Selves, Others, and LIFE. By having an experiential understanding of how these elements work, we gain tools that help us to move through life in a more centered & conscious manner, embracing the shifting currents as exactly the Medicine we need for our healing & growth. We come together peacefully to create a deep space of exploration, safety, shared practice, transformation and community.
