Ready to be blindfolded and indulge in a sensory smell/taste experience? Visit the Pedal Pies' Blind Diner in Home Rule Village for an immersive blind dining. Don't expect to be fed a full meal, but DO expect a lot of small perks, including taste pairings constructed by our camp of chefs, and an opportunity to construct a taste pairing for the next blind diner after you have finished with your experience. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PLATE / BOWL. We will offer blindfolds, ear plugs, and a shaded dome for our events which include blind tastings on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Come check out our event schedule. Home Rule Village is at 4:30 & C, find the Blind Diner near 4:45 & D. Also check out the Pedal Pies' mobile Pizza Oven, a wood-fired pizza oven mounted on a trailer and transported around the playa on bicycles, churning out authentic wood-fired pizzas at random times and locations.
