Learn the theory that will completely open up the world of flowers and CAPS (continuous antispin patterns) for you and take your spinning to the next level! We will cover basic antispin moves and learn the practice of visualizing the grid you are spinning on. Then we will explore the possibilities that grid has to offer when you apply inspins, antispins, stalls and extensions to each quadrant, in various combinations. Once you know the basic theory and building block moves, you will be able to decipher and break down complex patterns you see other spinners execute. Most importantly, you will be able to experiment yourself and discover endless new patterns to play with.

This workshop assumes at least beginning spinning skills. Absolute beginners are welcome, but we will not spend any time teaching the basics.
