Dancing Before Noon returns Quetzal Guerrero and Sunshine to teach an Afro-Brazilian dance workshop…accompanied by live musicians. All levels and all ages are invited to learn how to feel and move to the popular Afro-Brazilian rhythms that dominate global culture in many parts of the world. Quetzal has been performing Samba, Latin, Hip Hop, and Afro-Brazilian music since a young teenager. Sunshine aka DJ Miss Sunny Z spins Afrobeat, Samba, Latin, and many other rhythms in her Cali Hustle collaboration with Quetzal. Together, both Quetzal and Sunshine understand Afro-Brazilian music and the movement rhythms that make this dance form so popular.
