Description:

Listening seems to be a lost art form. Talking heads on TV scream over each other, meetings are often a cacophony of entrenched opinions or even chatting with a friend can sometimes seem like a spewing of 2 people without each listening to the other. But when listening is used to your benefit, it presents the amazing opportunity to enrich your life with the stories of those around us, offering perspective, wisdom and connection. In this workshop you will learn the skill of active listening. You will learn how to engage those around you with a silence that demonstrates your deep compassion, understanding and interest for the story they are sharing with you.
