At this workshop psychotherapist Meriana Dinkova will introduce some important factors to consider when navigating altered states of consciousness. Some of those tools are especially applicable when working with Ayahuasca. She will share some useful tools that can maximize our experience, as well as what we can learn, in those inner voyages. Non- ordinary states of consciousness can come with their own sets of 'superpowers', operating principles and potential pitfalls.
