Come down to Reno Nation and participate in a workshop of your choice. We will be offering a beginner yoga class,to help unwind your body and mind. We will also have two classes teaching the flow arts; one of which will teach basic tech poi and the other will focus on intermediate hoop dance. Lastly, we will have our very own shaman's corner introducing the healing properties of different crystals, and guided meditation. Feel free to bring your own sentimental crystals with you.
