This is an energetic yet deeply calming, mind-body workshop. The workshop will begin with a high energy Vinyasa practice with a central focus on the hips and heart. It will incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, physical and mental stamina in one session. The practice is beginner based but challenging and suitable for students of all levels.The workshop will transition to Yin inspired surrender postures that focus on the principles of yin yoga to replenish, revive, balance and restore the entire mind, body and spirit.The class will close with an extended meditation
