A traveling altar is a small decorated box filled with sacred items that is compact and light enough for you to take with you on every business trip and vacation. When you arrive at your destination and set up your altar, you instantly create sacred space where you can ground your physical energies and connect to your higher self. Here you can meditate, pray and sit in contemplation. In this workshop you will create your own traveling altar, discuss the benefits of using one and get ideas on what to fill it with. The altar box and art supplies for decorating will be provided. Some altar item will be available too. You will practice using your new traveling altar through a guided chakra balancing meditation and a love activating visualization. Create sacred space wherever in the world you go with your traveling altar!
